Not easily

Your firewall could be blocking the incoming SMTP if it is not coming from the Barracuda. So before you even look at your Domino server configuration, you need to verify that it is even seeing the SMTP connection attemptps from outside addresses. Have you turned on SmtpDebug and checked to see if the inbound connections are logged? If so, what happens if you use telnet from an external address to connect to port 25 on your Domino server's address What do you see in the telnet session? Is there a message indicating that the session has been rejected? What do you see in the logs?
