Additional Questions

Thank you for the initial feedback. I am not a expert at Lotus Notes. Can you please comment further on:

1. I don't think we are running our Lotus Notes as a Agent. If a person has their Out Of Office turned on, I get a bounce back message right away (instead of a scheduled interval). Does this mean we are out of luck?

2. How do you hook up the template to only be part of the Out Of Office bounce back as opposed to all emails?

3. How can you setup the Out Of Office to send back a copy of the original email if running as a Agent (which we are). I looked at the various options in the client and didn't see anything that addresses this functionality.

4. Last, I looked on my Lotus Notes client and didn't see any functionality of being able to assign a "Template" to a Out Of Office bounce back. Can you share with me how this is done?

Thanks,
Lance
