It makes different, but still not working

Hi Barry,

The 2nd solution does make a difference, but I received the following errors when processing to create a profile:

"The .DLL file for this service is either damaged or could not be found."

"No profiles have been created. To create a new profile, use the Mail icon in the control panel."

However, I cannot find the Mail icon in the Control Panel. DO I miss anything else?
