I have developed a Web portal which is compatible with windows/mac either desktop or laptop, iPad and with all the major browsers (various versions). However, I am encountering a problem on windows tablets (surface/RT) and Internet Explorer 10+. The first time the Portal loads the pages display the "no documents found" error message instead of the content and a series of question marks instead of fonts. When I click a link and get redirected to a separate window/tab and then return back to the Portal the pages content are displayed correctly.
Does anyone know the solution to this problem? Your help will be greatly appreciated!
