Yes I know MIME and HTML

Thanks Mike for your answer.

Yes I've Been using lotusscript to do that for some simple mail. But since this is a long letter, that is why I wondered if there's any easier way to do that.

- Unfortunately you're subject to the limitations of HTML.
--I've written the whole HTML. No limitations found so far. I can achieved the letter just fine. It's just that if I were to face these kind of requirements everytime, a lot of time will be wasted just here :-(

- OTOH you can get a rockin' head start by saving the Word document as HTML
--I did this but it instead ended up 1 folder call letter_files and 1 htm file call letter.htm. How do I use these instead?

- The whitespace rules for HTML are not particularly fun.
--No issue so far. I didn't use any tabs or a lot of spaces. Mostly just aligning and justifying paragraph. Y letter laid out just fine.

What about the mail merge thing? Is that a viable solution? I'm not really sure what it is or how it's done. It seems like people working with MS Word use that a lot in the past. If it is can you point me to any article that shows how it's done via lotusscript? Thanks.
