Sequencing corrected but no succsess

Hi Bruce:
I have made the changes so update sequence is increment and also added $CSWISL field still the same issue its deleting the first entry and last entry and the entries which has accept/decline option but not the update calendar entries.

its deleting the entries which are accepted/declined button but not with Update Calendar button.
