Subject: Unable to recertify user id's
Feedback Type: Problem
Product Area: Administration
Technical Area: Administration
Platform: Windows
Release: 8.5.3
Reproducible: Always

I have user id's expiring. The users have followed the directions and emailed their id's to me (the administrator). I have "re-certified" but it is not e-mailing them back to the user. I have tried copying the user.id's, bringing back to the Administrator Client and recertifying the id file. The file never changes but says it has successfully been recertified. I even tried doing the safe.id way and it never updates the id file. Any suggestions! Thanks in advance
