Subject: Notes on Citrix send to email recipient issue
Feedback Type: Problem
Product Area: Notes Client
Technical Area: Functionality
Platform: Citrix
Release: 8.5.3
Reproducible: Always

I have installed Notes on Citrix 6.5. All is working great with one exception, I can not get the local workstation to default to the Citrix Notes.

I have set Notes to be the default mail client on the Citrix servers and if I want to mail from something that is published it works, using the version of notes on that Citrix server.

I have set the file associations in notes, so if I click a mailto link on a web site it will open the Citrix version of Notes.

The issue is that I right click a local file and choose send to ---> email recipient, I get no default email client installed.

I have tried the registry settings and also changed the shortcut in shell:sendto. Changing the shortcut in the shell:sendto will open Notes from the Citrix server, but will not create a new document with the file attached.

This is what I changed the Mail recipient link to:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\ICA Client\pnagent.exe" /QLaunch "Farm:Lotus Notes" -c IPM.NOTE/m \ "%1\"\""

I also have a program that can not be published that mails reports using the default mail client of the PC. This too is an issue trying to get the Citrix version of notes to be the default.

Thanks in advance for any help with this.
