I just stumbled across this...

There is an undocumented @Formula command, @ExpandNameList, that seems to do what you are after. See http://www.dominoguru.com/page.xsp?id=01202009030630.html. Since that command has been around since Notes R5, I would not worry too much about the fact that it is undocumented.

Note that I haven't tried this myself. I just happened to find it when googling for something completely different...
