You'll need to concatenate the fields together in your column

to be able to look them up together. So Column 1 sorted, FieldA+FieldB+FieldC

You'll probably want to use a separator to ensure you're looking up unique values example FieldA+"~"+FieldB+"~"+FieldC

and obviously you'd add those to your lookup value for the match
