Subject: Connecting to Twitter using OAuth Library Scribe

I'm trying to use the OAuth Scribe library for java to connect to twitter in order to pull related tweets but am running into the issues with the sample provided. Ideally, I'll have a java agent that uses the appropriate apiKey and apiSecret to authenticate with Twitter and return JSON data to display on a webpage.

Has anyone successfully implemented this?
