It fails here, in the CreateSheets.
Set xlsheet2 = xlApp.Workbooks(1).Worksheets(2)
With an OLE; Automation object error
It opens excel, creates the first worksheet and names it, then fails.

If I disable the creation of worksheet 2, 3, 4 it creates and places data in worksheet 1.
