When you create a blank workbook in new Excel ...

... does it still create three worksheets & tabs?

If it has less than three -- or only one -- worksheet, your code may need to inquire how many worksheets exist in the workbook, and create more to fill out. A

Ubound(Workbooks(1).Worksheets)

may tell you when to start creating worksheets.

Also, a template for the basic worksheet might be deployed, or corrupted, or whatever. This might help compensate for your company ditzing with the template.
