To do what yu want is fairly straightforward, but there are a couple of constraints or conditions that must be adhered to, or some assumptions that I've made.
1. I assume that the Notes client is part of a Notes/Domino domain.
2. That when the client was installed, you also selected to install the client migration tools. This is a component that you can select/deselect during the installation process.
3. That you already have all of the data you want to migrate stored in a local PST file.
Assuming the migration tools are installed locally, all you need to do is get the admin for the domain to send you the "Upgrade Notifications" form.
This is available from the action bar at the top of the people view in the Admin client.
On the basics tab of the form select Convert local cc:mail/MS mail/MS exchange data to Notes
On the Mail Conversion tab select "MS Exchange" in the convert user from field and then hit send.
When you receive the mail, it will contain the information you need to convert the data from your PST file to your Lotus Notes mail file.
Migrated content will appear in its own folder structure in the Notes mail database.
If you didn't install the migration tools, you can rerun the install and either add them to the client or choose to install just the tools somewhere else like on a network file share for example.
Hope this gives you what you need.
