SOLUTION: remove notes\jvm\lib\ext\DCT.jar, then reopen DCT.nsf (more inside)

There is a time stamp issue with this file. Most likely you'll see a time stamp of 11/06/2008 1:02 PM. Removing this file will allow the one in the DCT.ntf to deploy (it has a time stamp of 11/06/2008 2:02 PM - I'm looking into this discrepancy)

Once the new file is deployed, DCT will work as usual. I will re-post when I have figured out the root cause.
