Automating backup of notes db

I own the data.

I know how to make a local copy and keep the data. What I want is a semi-automated/automated way of performing copies periodically (eg once a day) and storing the last ones (eg 10). This is pretty obvious using a traditional commercial relational db such as mysql, but I dont know how to do it with a Notes db.

How you guys do backup? Everyone does backup at the Domino server?
