Also please capture the DCT.jar date and size for Scott.

In addition to the Notes client, if there are any other N/D API applications running, you need to shut them down, too. Prior to restarting.

Depending on when in the life cycle of DCT you started using the tool, you sometimes need to shut everything down and restart twice. This is normal. But if you are told by DCT to restart more than twice for any single download, we'd like to know.
