Even more info

I created a new MST the problem remains, after upgrade the TCPIP port is vanished.

These are the scenarios:
1) New install
Every thing works
2) Upgrade of 8.5.2
No TCPIP port

3) I also did a special test. Using nice.exe I removed Notes program files AND data. Then I installed 8.5.2 and I do NOT start it. Then I upgrade to 8.5.3 using the customized package. Now the TCPIP port is there! So only if there is a data catalog then TCPIP disappears.

I am creating a PMR now.
