Replica and bat file?

I'm still not totally sure what you're trying to do or why, but here goes.
Create a replica on <whatever system is going to be responsible for doing the backup>.
Create a bat file to copy the file from <source> to <destination>. I'm assuming you're not using or don't have access to a real tape based backup solution so I'll further assume you'll create your copy on a network drive you do have rights to, a DVD, or some other media.
Schedule the backup to run.
