One of our employees is using Lotus notes 8.5 on a Windows XP machine.
He is having problems with his “All Documents” view in his email.
He Cannot see all the documents in his ‘All Documents’ view from “HIS” pc.
They are all there, because, when he does a ‘Select All’ it gives a count on the bottom status line of 13,379 documents selected.
That count matches what we see, so they are all there, but he just can’t see them all in the view on his pc.
But if I log on another pc as ‘Administrator’ or as myself and open his mail file, I could see all his documents in the “All Documents” view.
We checked the rules, and they are okay.
We tried everything, ex. compact, replace design, etc.
Any suggestions would be great!
