I'm not sure that the text you've copied from the console is related to the search failure - if it was you should see a "search value" string along with the value of the criterion entered.
I'm assuming the database is full text indexed. If the document that is not being found was entered shortly before you did the search then you would have to update the index in order to find it. Try running update index.
If it still fails turn on the default error page under XPages properties and post the stack
