I am trying to setup SMIME between Exchange 2003 and Domino. I am currently focusing on trying to get Domino to display signed and encrypted emails properly. Currently when I send signed emails to a domino user the user receives a smime.p7s file, and when I send an encrypted email the domino user receives a p7m file.

I'm assuming that the domino user needs the public certificate from the person sending the email. However I do not know where I need to load that certificate or if that is even the only issue. I have loaded the certificate for one of my Exchange users into Lotus Notes in the domino user's security section but that does not appear to have any effect.

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction
