I checked the mail file of the administrator that I used to sign the agent (the mail file is in Mail/Acme) and found a "Delivery Failure Report" containing the following message:-
Now I realized there's an old mail server OldMail/Acme which the ip address is 10.10.10.11. It's not decommissioned yet but since it's very old and the specs are not enough to support the current customer environment, the admin just set the Mail/Acme as the main mail server while OldMail/Acme is just left there running without doing anything.
So how would I solve this issue with all these info that I have?
FYI, App/Acme (192.168.42.100), OldMail/Acme (10.10.10.11), Mail/Acme (10.10.10.12).
