R&R does not support harvesting of detailed calendar data. The reason was there are some big privacy concerns that need to be addressed first to avoid potentially bad results.

How would your executives would feel if someone were able to not see their Calendar but could see the details of their meeting reservation that said "Merger talks w/Acme Corp" or "Planning next quarters resource actions"??

Because, by default the Notes Client did not include the "Mark Private" flag on updates that were sent out and because most users simply restrict access to their Calendars and busytime and forget to use Mark Private on entries, we were concerned of the potential risk of exposing sensitive data via busytime.

We have made some changes to the C&S workflow process such as including updates to R&R which could contain the Mark Private flag. However there are other changes that still need to be done to make the system better prepared to handle detail harvesting with a proper consideration for security / privacy.

Once all the privacy and security bases are covered then we will revisit this restriction.
