I understand, but ...

Hi Bruce,
Thanks for your time.

When I was researching this in the fall, I also opened a PMR - Susan mentions it in her reply to my question in this thread for an open mic call: http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/nd85forum.nsf/ShowMyTopicsAllFlatweb/72996b287187a73e852579ab00577e21?OpenDocument

After reading your reply today, I tested it again:
- copied a R&R db (and its mailin documents) to an accept server
- ran the EnableBusytimeDetails agent
- copied the (BusyTimeDetails) subform from the mail template to a custom db that has a scheduler
Details then work for resources.

In production, we will only harvest AppointmentType and Chair because Categories may expose sensitive data and Location/Room cannot be trusted with repeating instances.

If I understand the "details" feature correctly, other field names need to be set in ControversialFields before they are harvested (the mail template can do this for Subject).
The EnableBusytimeDetails agent does not do this (also: Subject is called Topic in R&R dbs), so I think there is no security risk for us. Or am I mistaking ?
