You are in "Unsupported" territory

You can make R&R do detail harvesting just like Schedule Manager does for users as you have discovered. However it is not a supported configuration because we have not fully tested it, beaten on it and then gotten QE's blessing. I put the code in there with the expectation we would get it done eventually, its just not gotten the attention it needed to be officially supported.

The Agent you are using is playing it safe by not including the "controversial' fields as you noted. You should be ok and not risking any unexpected sensitive data via busytime. That is my unofficial, personal opinion since you are officially doing something to your system (and doing it the safest way).
