Subject: Spell checking not available
Feedback Type: Problem
Product Area: Notes Client
Technical Area: Functionality
Platform: Linux client - Ubuntu
Release: Beta 1
Reproducible: Always

In a new memo, when I click on the spell check icon, I get an error dialog that says "Spell checking not available". When I click on ok, I get a dialog that says "File '/opt/ibm/lotus/notes/ltsplxuk.so' does not exist. When I click on ok, I'm returned back to the memo - so it never opens a spell checker.

I checked my spelling preferences and my dictionary is set to English US.

I'm on Ubuntu Hardy 8.04 32bit.
