Did you recreate log.nsf after the outage?

The most likely database to have problems during a crash is probably log.nsf, since it is constantly open and written to. I'd make it part of my local site policy to delete/archive it after an outage and let it be recreated. Without more info, I'd say it's probably an artifact of the outage since the console.log looks fine.
