Crash information not extracted! Make sure nsd is configured to run on the server document.
Hello,
we are experiencing the same issue. When server (Domino 8.5.1) crashes, we get the meassge "Crash information not extracted! Make sure nsd is configured to run on the server document." and in the \Lotus\Domino\Data\IBM_TECHNICAL_SUPPORT directory there are only diagindex...nbf files, sysinfo_...log and consol_...log files, logasio...log files, and xpages...log files.
Did anyone find a solution for this issue?
