NSD

No NSD is being generated. The Fault Report comes back with "Crash information not extracted! Make sure nsd is configured to run on the server document".

I am confident I have the server configured correctly:

I have also looked in the Data\IBM_TECHNICAL_SUPPORT directory, no nsd files are being generated.

It is generating the diagindex...nbf files, sysinfo_...log and consol_...log files.
