Betty Boop is right.

You need to go back to 6.0.1 and start the incremental installer to 6.0.2 CF1. Make sure that you stop the server before you run the installer.

I must say that I am disappointed about IBM's support and open information on this problem. There are many Linux users suffering from this problem, but I did not see any offical or unofficial comment on it.
