Lance, thanks for your input. Concerning deleting registry keys, I see EasySync-Pro-related registry folders under 'Extended Systems' (who is the actual copyright holder of EasySync Pro?). Prior to 'start over' (deleting Palm desktop & EasySync and reinstalling them), should I zap the entire 'Extended Systems' registry folder after I back up the entire registry?
