This isn't about Notes 6 issue (I don't think) any longer, but I removed both EasySync Pro, deleted all Palm-related programs and directories, removed registries about Palm, and reinstalled both Palm desktop and EasySync Pro.
No luck. It only syncs with Pal desktop. I went to 'log file' and it says "Getmachineinfo API failed in translator '3cmplm'. Error message: unable to connect to device.". When I start out from EasySync Pro icon on the system tray with "synchronize now", Palm just sync thru HotSync (as the menu says "press HotSync in the device and press 'OK'), and pressing 'OK' on the prompt menu on PC doesn't do anything - by the time I press 'cancel' on this PC prompt, it would say "EasySync Pro: unable to connet to device".
