RE: To debug DNSRBL... ~Karl Eknuplopoopsi 17.Dec.02 11:11 AM a Web browser Domino Server 6.0Linux - RedHat
First, the test from sbl, if unsuccessful, will deliver a message to the mail from: envelope of the sender of the test request. This message comes from <> (null reverse path).
Did you see it?
Second, at an OS command prompt on your Domino host, try an NSLOOKUP or dig on
2.0.0.127.bl.spamcop.net
This is a standard test for DNSRBLs. They all list 127.0.0.2 for testing purposes. Any RBL should return an address for a host name composed of
[reversed_dotted_quad_address].[name_of_dnsrbl]
if dotted_quad_address is listed on that RBL.
If you do not see a 127.0.0.2 response for the above test, you have a problem with name resolution on your host OS.
