you could just try the following:
after putting in some DNSBL entries, you could configure an Outlook Express client to send outgoing mail to your Domino Server. In the Outlook account configuration, just specify an address to be the sender address which should be denied by the DNSBL.
This at least tests whether a mail sent from "xyz.com" which is in the DNSBL gets accepted or not.
