Most likely you're not at the correct version yet.

For Domino Everyplace Enterprise's Mobile Notes client to run correctly on PocketPC 2002, you need to be running 2.6a on the client and 2.6b on the server.

If you're still at 2.6, the patches can be found here: http://www.dominounplugged.com/public/filetransfer.nsf/outbound
