...in order to be installed on client using the "View certificate" -> "Install certificate" on the first screen security alert stating that the company that have issued the certificate is not a trusted one.

Maybe screenshot of the error will help more. If somebody is interesting in giving me an idea for a solution I can send this two 80kb jpeg files...
