add a new image to the template, make sure to use .gif and not .jpg or the logo won't print. Give it an alias just like Lotus does, i.e. StdNotesLtr1 for Bouncy Earth. Add the entry to the Calendar Profile form in the DefaultLogo field found on the Letterhead tab.

If you don't have the ExtR6Mail template then you can only modify what you have, but look for mail6ex.ntf - that's the actual file name.
