I upgraded from 6.0.2 CF1 to 6.5 on both a Win2k and a Linux server. I haven't had any issues with it yet.
I did manage to crash the Win2k server once last week while I was running an agent to update about 40,000 docs in a database...but it recovered on its own and I haven't had any problems since. I also haven't rebooted the OS in a while, nor have I applied any MS patches beyond the initial SP4 update, which could have also contributed to the crash.
Overall I like it. I've gotten a lot of use out of the Follow-up functions in the new mail template. The ability of the client to export views as .CSV's is great.
I haven't noticed any bugs in any of the clients yet, but that doesn't mean they're not there.
