thanks for the quick response - it was the allowed users part that was catching me out !!!!!
I share your sentiments on the help files - actually telling us to use Release xxx would have saved a chunk of work in itself.
I really doubt you'll get the silent install to work, since it uses an MSI. I've not managed it yet with anyone's products - even with tech support assistance. BUT, as a starting point, unzip the exe file, and grab the msi file that's inside and try the arguments against it directly. You might have more luck than me
