In the help file it says I should beable to get a return receipt if the users deletes, prints, or views the message.

Question 1. I do not get a receipt if the user deletes it without openening. How do I make this possible?

Question 2. I do not get a receipt if the user prints it without opening it. How do I make this possible?

Question 3. When I get a message with a return receipt attached. I double click on the message and I get a prompt that says delete return receipt. What is up with that?
