As long as they do not use the frontpage extensions, then you should be able to deploy the html pages generated by FrontPage into the html directory on one of your domino servers, and simply use the Domino HTTP task to serve it.
You could look at the domino design components, that had a tool for importing FrontPage sites into Domino Databases ( can be good for security - maintainance - deployment etc)
But being a Domino Evangelist, let them design it in frontpage, transalte it into a domino application and show them hoe much better a dynamic domino site is as opposed to a static HTML site.
