Platform: Windows XP

I have plenty of RAM memory, no other applications running, I have tried to switch off antivirus protection, etc.

Easy test: bring up the Welcome page in Notes. minimize Notes and maximize Notes it again. The slow redraw is seen. The CPU load is around 100 % during this redraw.

If I have my company welcome page (which is more complex), this problem does not exist...
