Hi.

I noticed one very odd thing yesterday: The default welcome page in Notes 6, loads very slowly (around 2 seconds) and the CPU activity is 100% during this time. This delay seem to come from the screen redraw and I see it also when having the Welcom page opened in background and closing another window.

This is on a Intel P4 1800 MHz with 512 MB RAM and a ATI Rage 128 Ultra graphics card. The Notes 6 client feels "snappy" in all other applications.

The funny thing is that this seem machine dependant. On an identical machine, I see the same behaviour. On my IBM Thinkpad A21m (800 MHz mobile PIII and ATI graphics card) the delay isn't seen and the same applies on all other machines that I've tested so far.

What's going on?
