Yes, sorry I had posted a little bit of old code. The first two changed I had already made. I figured out that I needed to set rtitem to be new for each of the five rich text fields in each of the cases with the last one being the one I wanted to manipulate. If I do not do this then when I come back to the saved document with a different rich text field that needs to be manipulated, I can not see it. Only the previously created one. This is strange to me because I have a form with each of the Rich text fields on it. I find my answer to be a little juvenile, do you have an alternative??
