Check out the Lotus site, as there are a number of tools you can get to better integrate Domino with other website creation tools such as Frontpage and Dreamweaver.

Whilst you're checking things out on the web, see if you can get your users away from Frontpage... it's horrible, and generates way too much cruft, which on top of Domino's own dodgy HTML can result in needlessly "heavy" pages.
