What would cause the error in Outlook:
Notes Initialization Failure, Status Code: 1A5 ?
I had this working, then changed the user's mail record in the Directory to point to a different email file, removed the old reference in iNotes Sync, downloaded the new file using the web, re-started outlook after removing the old reference, and now on the new email reference this error is received...
