Try this:
1) Download the three files to your local machine (from here:
http://www.dominounplugged.com/filetransfer.nsf/eb60deaf92f3b15385256674004fc199/594366ddd6e1436f85256ca7006ddfa9?OpenDocument).
2) On the machine you sync with, click Start >> Programs >> Palm Desktop >> Install Tool
3) Make sure you're on the correct user, then click Add, and point at the PRC and PDB files you downloaded.
4) Once you've selected the files, click Done, and the next time you sync to the Palm those new programs/files will be installed.
NOTE: I **HAVE NOT** tried this with one of the new Tungstens, so be cautious.
