I had a lot of problems to synchronize using Nokia pc suite 4.06. To be honest I don't know what in the process made it work but now it's working. Here is what I made.

1. I sync'ed my palm with my Notes NAB. (worked fine)

2. I uninstalled the nokia pc suite 4.06

3. I installed the nokia pc suite 4.81 (you can download it from the nokia web site for recent phones). I wasn't able to synchronize

4. I uninstalled the pc suite 4.81 and reinstalled the nokia pc suite 4.06

5. I reconfigured the pc suite with my notes params.

=> And now it's working (at least for contacts as I don't sync calendar and todo with my phone but with my palm)

Maybe uninstall the 4.06 pc suite and reinstall it is sufficient...
