Sounds like you may already have several TCP/IP ports defined in Domino, one for each of several IP addresses Domino. Use this notes.ini setting to have Domino distinguish between them, telling it which port definition (and so, which IP address and NIC) to use for SMTP. There are similar settings for POP3, IMAP, and LDAP, in case it comes up.
